1- EXCHANGES ► If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the piece you purchased when you receive it, and you wish to exchange it for any another item:

  • Contact our workshop directly to notify the exchange request. Read CONTACT details and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • The exchange notification period must not be longer than 48 hours after the purchase is received..
  • We invite you to browse our virtual store www.mec.com.ve, to know all our available products, and choose the one of your preference for the exchange.
  • If the item you purchased has a different cost from that of the piece chosen, either party must assume the debit balance. Read PAYMENT METHOD instructions or provide your bank details for reimbursement, as the case may be.
  • The customer must assume a value of 20% of the cost of their purchase, for administrative expenses.

SIZE CHANGING ▼

  • If the piece you purchased fits large or small on you, we offer size changing service, according to your requirement.
  • In the main menu, press the POLICIES – SERVICE AND REPAIR button to make the request for this service.

 
2- RETURNS ► If for any reason you wish to return the piece you purchased because it does not meet your expectations:

  • If you decide to send us your piece to make a request, complete the information on the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM on this screen. Read SHIPPING instructions.
  • When we receive your piece in our workshop, we will contact you via email with the exchange or return management details as the case may be.

  • You must send us an email to info@mec.com.ve notifying your shipment, indicating:
    • Courrier company:
    • Tracking number:
    • Shipping Date:
  • If the return destination is out of Venezuela, the rate will be calculated based on the address provided. You will receive a notification to adjust the freight according to the destination address.
  • The item should be packed carefully to avoid damage to its parts. We suggest using the same amount of paper wrap, received in its original packaging. If the piece is damaged during transportation, we can quote it´s repair.
